What guides our decisions?

The vision, mission and process statements that have just been explained to you define the heart of Crossroads Fellowship.  However, we understand that the heart of Crossroads can only become reality when we have a set of values that guide us.  We can have the right vision, mission and process and be doing the right things as a church, but if we do them with the wrong motivation, then nothing lasting is accomplished.  The following statements reflect the values which guide our decisions on how we fulfill our purpose and calling as a church.  These values are an expression of God’s heart and thus are our motivation when we make decisions concerning Crossroads Fellowship.
